1. SHIPPING FEES

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare and dispatch your order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days
  • Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to product availability

Orders are processed only on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Shipping begins after your order has been processed and dispatched.

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and logistics conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may vary based on destination and external logistics factors.


4. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders may arrive in separate packages if:

  • Items are sourced from different warehouses
  • Certain products are restocked or fulfilled separately

We prioritise faster delivery by shipping items as they become available.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched:

  • A tracking number or link will be sent via email
  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear

You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or supported tracking platforms.


6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order
  • After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped

If the order has not been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel it. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.


7. DELAYS, LOST OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

All shipments include tracking and are monitored.

If your order is:

  • Delayed
  • Held at customs
  • Lost in transit
  • Returned to sender

We will, after verification:

  • Reship the product (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a refund once the shipment is confirmed lost or returned

Important:
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, weather disruptions, or courier issues beyond our control.


8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Product prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties or import taxes.

Depending on your country, you may be required to pay:

  • VAT (Value Added Tax)

  • Customs handling fees

These charges are determined by your local authorities and must be paid by the customer.

Golden Atelier is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Additional charges imposed by your country

9. SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
