3. What Is the Shipping Time?

  • Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and dispatched.

  • Our products are shipped from multiple domestic and international warehouses.

  • Estimated delivery times: 10–20 business days


4. Why Did My Order Arrive in Multiple Packages?

Your order may be split into multiple shipments if:

  • Products are stored at different warehouses

  • Some items are temporarily backordered or restocked from different sources

We ship items as soon as they're available to avoid delays — this may result in packages arriving on different days.


5. How Do I Track My Order?

Once your package is dispatched:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number or tracking link via email

  • Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking data to update

  • You can track the shipment through the courier website or a third-party tracking tool


6. Can I Cancel My Order?

  • If your order is:

    • Delayed at customs

    • Returned to sender

    • Lost in transit

…we will either reship your order (if stock is available) or issue a full refund once the original package is returned or declared lost by the carrier.

8. Will I Be Charged Customs Duties or Import Taxes?
